The FAMILY REUNION PLAN: DATE: Saturday, July 22nd, 2006, 12pm - 6pm, Family Picnic at Washington Park, 18th & Melrose Avenue, Chester. This is directly across the street from Widener University. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park. COST: The cost per family for the reunion is $40.00.
(A Family consists of 2 Adults and 3 Children). If you have more
or less, the cost is $5.00 per child, $15.00 per adult. Example:
If you only have 2 adults and one child, then your price is $35.00.
These monies will cover the food expenses. We are aware that some
have special food needs, so we are trying to plan to make sure that
we have plenty of everything for everyone, so please try to send
your money ASAP, and no later than June 30th, 2006. ACTIVITIES: At the park, there is a play area for the children that include swings, sliding boards, monkey bars, a basketball court, etc. We will also have some other games. If you have cards or games you wish to bring, please feel free to do so. We would also like to have a talent show. We invite anyone who would like to participate to share whatever talent you may have. If there is something special that you would like to do, let us know so we can better plan the talent show. We will also have a moment of memorial remembrances. T-SHIRTS: We ordered T-shirts for the last family reunion, and we would like to place the order for this year ASAP. The color of the T-shirts will be Navy Blue with White writing. Please plan to include the additional cost for your family T-shirts along with the sizes needed so that we can place the order. The cost per T-shirt is as follows:
IMPORTANT NOTES: * Please try to get your money, in the form of a money order, to us as soon as possible, but no later than June 30, 2006. ALL monies must be mailed to Anna Fields at 922 Walnut Street, Chester, PA. 19013. Don’t forget to include the size T-shirts that you are paying for. |
